I have been teaching and mentoring facilitators, coaches and teachers for over two decades. I've been certified by the International Coaching Federation as a professional certified coach (PCC) since 2009, and facilitating group coaching experiences for a decade prior to that.

Our mentor coaching partnership will focus on developing and fine-tuning your skills as a coach or facilitator, honoring your unique style ands strengths. As a mentor coach, I will support you as you identify competencies to focus on, and provide feedback on your strengths and growth areas.
